I looooove getting magazines even though the digital world is taking over and I always rip out pages that have something I want to go back to and read or save for a recipe or tip. So recently I've started scanning in all of my clippings and making them text readable and into my own personal "magazines" based on the topics. So now I can easily find something or search them for anything I need! This makes it really easy to find recipes based on what I'm in the mood for, so here is a page I stumbled upon today and I had all the ingredients and wanted to try them out, they're black bean "nacho" burgers! (Here's also the website for the recipe from Fitness Magazine). They turned out great and were super easy to make. I had mine with some guacamole instead of a sandwhich and it was perfect.
Day 3 nature. There's still some pretty leaves left on the tree. It's great living in the city but still having nature and beautiful trees all around.
Day 2 technology. I went super super simple today and took a photo of my lamp and its light to represent technology because it was what I really missed when I lost power this past week and definitely take for granted.
So I started this challenge last November and only did a few days so I'm going to try again this year and see how it goes! Here's the blog that posted the challenge Positively Present Day 1 Words. This is a picture of my current board at my apt. I have words of inspiration and ways to live my life posted so I can see them and live them everyday.
