So I got a lot of great stuff for xmas this year and have loved the impact of a few new kitchen things! The first is a small 4oz Bodum coffee press (in purple!). It has helped me like mornings a little bit more throughout winter. I am now able to make a fresh cup of coffee right at my desk and drink from a real mug and I love it. I also got an ice cream maker (in purple too!). I've only made one kind so far and it was super yummy and tasted as good as what you get at the store, I can't wait to make more flavors, hopefully soon! (But not sure with lent coming up...)

I looooovveee buffalo chicken anything and found some buffalo chicken egg roll recipes. None of them had exactly the fillings I wanted so I combined my own. Mine has cream cheese with a package of ranch season mixed together and piped onto the rolls. Then I mixed chicken with franks red hot sauce together and put on top. After rolling them up I put them on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet and baked them (this helped them bake evenly around without having to turn them!). They turned out pretty good (but would definitely be awesome/less healthy if they were fried). There's a few things I will change for the next time: less sauce and adding something crunchy! I'm not a big cabbage fan which a lot of recipes called for so I might add celery instead. So I had extra wrappers and decided to make petite lasagnas from a recipe I found through Pinterest. These turned out really yummy too and great for leftover lunches!
