I made Jeni's Cocoa Zin ice cream the other week which is based off her 'darkest chocolate ice cream in the world' recipe and then uses red wine instead of coffee yummmmmm! It turned out amazing and it has been very hard restraining myself from eating it all at once. If you don't have easy access to Jeni's shops or grocery stores to buy all the pints, then you should definitely go out and buy her cookbook and an ice cream maker so you can have all of her yummy flavors at home! It's amazing how good they turn out and that Jeni is willing to sell her recipes, I love it. Here are a few pictures of my ice cream making adventures for you to enjoy.
