Sunday - Gentle yoga at Mind the Mat in Clarendon, perfect way to start the week off
Monday - P90X3 Accelerator CARDIO! I'm sometimes not the best at fitting in cardio so really working on that and making sure it's part of my weekly workouts
Tuesday - Jillian Michael's Body Revolution (JMBR) video #11 which is a strength workout (odd numbers are half the body and even numbers are the other half so like yin and yang!)
Wednesday - Hot yinyasa at Mind Your Body Oasis in Crystal City
Thursday - P90X3 MMX, another cardio and then yoga at Tranquil Space
Friday - JMBR #12
Saturday - Pilates at Athleta
So this week I did something everyday but I do believe REST is super important, which is why Sunday was my rest day even though I did gentle yoga, that was more beneficial for my mind than body and prepared me for the week ahead!
So that was my workouts this week and I look forward to continue to mix in all my fun videos and different yoga studios each week. I also hope to start running a little outside once it's consistently nice out. Sometimes it's hard to motivate to run but once I'm doing it and finish it feels fantastic, I just have to remind myself that!
