I decided I needed a new fitness program to start off this year and landed on P90X3, I'm slightly nervous about this program but excited at the same time. It's only 30 minutes a day which is perfect for me and I do it at home which I prefer anyways. I am 6 days in and so far so good! Wish me luck!
I also love all the recipes in the book so far they are pretty simple and have lots of flavor! I am missing chocolate and wine (a lot) but I think I can make it 21 days without!
I'm not sure which of these challenges will be tougher but can't wait to see how they transform me and make me feel better overall in my health!
